Shipping Policy
If the piece of art that you have purchased is made of glass it will be sent in a wood reinforced container. I will email you a notice when it is mail and an expected arrival date. I ship as soon as the money is receive. It usually takes one to two weeks for the picture to arrive.

Return & Exchange Policy
Many of the pieces are made of glass. I work hard to insure that they are not damaged durning shipping. However, sometime problems occur. If this is the case. Please take a picture and send it to me. Then mail the piece back for a refund.
